Procurement Board

We established the Procurement Board in April 2016. The primary aim of the Board is to independently review the Department's oversight of the evaluation stages of the procurement process. The Terms of Reference explains the Board's role in more detail. The membership of the Procurement Board comprises the following members:

  • Programme Sponsor - Ciarán Ó hÓbáin Chairperson (DCCAE)
  • Gerard Cahillane, (Deputy Director, NTMA)
  • Cathal O'Donoghue (Head of Rural Economy and Development Programme, Teagasc)
  • John Doherty (former ComReg Chairperson and Commissioner)
  • Martina Moloney (former CEO, Galway County Council)
  • David O'Sullivan (Director, Sourcing, Procurement, Office of Government Procurement)
  • Brian P. Keogh (Chartered Engineer, Former Board Member, John Sisk and Son Ltd and associated Companies)
