Communications Regulation (Postal Services Act) 2011 Section 66

​Section 66  of the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) Act 2011 provides for the Minister to enter into a contract with one or more persons, to develop, implement and maintain a national postcode system.

The Communications Regulation ( Postal Services ) Amendment Bill 2015 was initiated in the Dáil on 13th May 2015 and passed in the Seanad on 1st July 2015 and can be viewed below.
